As a new customer to Lucas Air Conditioning, I was very grateful for the quick response to my phone call this morning. They had someone at my house within hours, serviced my unit, and got it up and running again.They offered a few helpful suggestions, and with my approval, completed some general maintenance. They also made me aware of a potential issue without any high-pressure sales tactics.I highly recommend them and look forward to working with them in the future.

Very professional and credible company. I highly recommend. They were here within 2 hours of calling and were very thorough. After paying and having 2 other companies here and not doing anything to fix leaking in house, Lucas technicians had the leak stopped and everything cleaned up drip pan and more. They stopped the mess that was coming in my house right away. Where as the other 2 companies didn't do a thing and one wanted to charge me over $900 to fix and clean up. Thank you Cody and Charlie. Jobs well done!!!

My A/C went out at night and Lucas responded the next day. Even though they were booked completely, they arrived early and fixed the problem very quickly. Their charges are reasonable and their staff is awesome

I called Lucas HVAC for an outside unit issue. The representative informed me that they would be able to service my unit the following afternoon. The technician Tony showed up as promised and was very professional and courteous! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Lucas HVAC!

I needed someone to come out same day and they accommodated me. It ended up being a false alarm but the technician was extremely understanding and. Helped me. Will definitely be the company I call in the future.

From the initial phone call to Lucas Air, to the technician, Charlie, that showed up within the time frame I was given was above and beyond a perfect example of how a company should treat their customers. I called first thing on Monday morning and the gal that answered the phone squeezed us in before the end of the day. She did not have to do that as we did have a/c and the issue was our air handler was making a clanging noise that my husband and I knew was not normal.Our tech, Charlie, came out within the allotted time and explained to my husband and I what the issue was with our air handler and unfortunately, it was exactly what my husband suspected, the motor was running on it's last annoying noise. Charlie replaced the motor, put the protected top back on and turned on the unit to make sure it was running properly. To his surprise, the motor that came right out of the box was making the same noise but a little bit quieter. Instead of leaving it in there and telling us, the customer, that the noise would subside after the unit ran a bit. He told me he would need to run to their shop and grab another motor. Now mind you, it was after 5pm, never showed any sign of being annoyed because now he is not only having to do the work all over again but had to leave the job site to get another motor. However, he returned within minutes as he did have another motor on his truck. He installed the new motor and ran the system again. Perfect! So, I wonder how many techs out there would have taken the time to be honest and polite about having to do that job twice. Thank you Charlie and Lucas Air Conditioning and Heating, LLC for your dedication to your customers. I am glad that I have a yearly contract with you. My suggestion to anyone that may take the time to read this review- call Lucas Air Conditioning & Heating, LLC, a Veteran owned company.

Really appreciated the same day appointment! Gene Bryant nailed it! Very polite, explained what was wrong, and had my air conditioner working in no time! I will be recommending them to all of friends and family. Overall great first experience! Thank you!
