Very professional and credible company. I highly recommend. They were here within 2 hours of calling and were very thorough. After paying and having 2 other companies here and not doing anything to fix leaking in house, Lucas technicians had the leak stopped and everything cleaned up drip pan and more. They stopped the mess that was coming in my house right away. Where as the other 2 companies didn't do a thing and one wanted to charge me over $900 to fix and clean up. Thank you Cody and Charlie. From the initial phone call to Lucas Air, to the technician, Charlie, that showed up within the time frame I was given was above and beyond a perfect example of how a company should treat their customers. I called first thing on Monday morning and the gal that answered the phone squeezed us in before the end of the day. She did not have to do that as we did have a/c and the issue was our air handler was making a clanging noise that my husband and I knew was not normal.Our tech, Charlie, came out within the allotted time and explained to my husband and I what the issue was with our air handler and unfortunately, it was exactly what my husband suspected, the motor was running on it's last annoying noise. Charlie replaced the motor, put the protected top back on and turned on the unit to make sure it was running properly. To his surprise, the motor that came right out of the box was making the same noise but a little bit quieter. Instead of leaving it in there and telling us, the customer, that the noise would subside after the unit ran a bit. He told me he would need to run to their shop and grab another motor. Now mind you, it was after 5pm, never showed any sign of being annoyed because now he is not only having to do the work all over again but had to leave the job site to get another motor. However, he returned within minutes as he did have another motor on his truck. He installed the new motor and ran the system again. Perfect! So, I wonder how many techs out there would have taken the time to be honest and polite about having to do that job twice. Thank you Charlie and Lucas Air Conditioning and Heating, LLC for your dedication to your customers. I am glad that I have a yearly contract with you. My suggestion to anyone that may take the time to read this review- call Lucas Air Conditioning & Heating, LLC, a Veteran owned company.

Poor air flow is causing it to be 99 on one floor and 66 on the lower flow. Could it be a dirty blower motor or some vent flap that's not opening? Have changed filters and even tried running without a filter, and air flow is still just as poor.

I had an AC problem after hours, and after calling and leaving a message I was full expecting to not hear back until the following day. Within a few minutes I received a phone call. I was informed a technician was coming to my aid. In less than an hour a person was at my house fixing my AC. In a short period of time my AC was fixed. Thank you Lucas Air conditioning!

To have Cody in a couple of times a year to keep my mini-split cleaned and functioning correctly is well worth what I pay to have it done. I'd much rather pay for maintenance than repair/replacement. And when I call, the phone gets answered. I like that!

Where to start this might be Long. I’ve had an AC unit put in by another company. Come to find out all my problems came from bad equipment and wrong install after 32 service calls from the original company. I had a nice man come out. Explain everything to me go over all the details and show me where I went wrong in my purchase now that I understand and asked questions. I got all the proper answers I couldn’t be more happier with the service I received today so at the end of all of this, I got some of the biggest discounts I’ve ever seen. I’ve got new units being put into my house that are the proper ones and got treated like I was family. my new install will be this coming Tuesday and I am looking forward to doing business and service with your company. Out two central AC systems were due for their annual servicing. I contacted Lucas Air, and was promptly put on the schedule. Cody, the designated tech for today reached out, saying he could come by early if it was okay with me, as he was running ahead of schedule. I agreed, he met our two dogs, and went to work. He was very thorough with all components of both systems. Like the rest of the staff at Lucas Air, Cody was a good person, social, and a pleasure to have in the house. First experience. So far very honest, competent and thorough. Previous provider said I had a leak and would probably need a new evaporator coil at a cost of $2,700 including diagnostic. Lucas performed diagnostic and high pressure nitrogen leak check at cost of $322. Determined that sytem is not currently leaking and a new evaporator coil was not necessary.
