My air conditioning was apparently Frozen it was at least 6 inches of ice on the unit and Trace came took it apart he defrosted the ice he got the water out it was a leak he told me what it would cost everything else but no guarantees I've been quite a bit of money I weighed my options my unit was 15 years old he got me a great price and I would highly recommend this company

Where to start this might be Long. I’ve had an AC unit put in by another company. Come to find out all my problems came from bad equipment and wrong install after 32 service calls from the original company. I had a nice man come out. Explain everything to me go over all the details and show me where I went wrong in my purchase now that I understand and asked questions. I got all the proper answers I couldn’t be more happier with the service I received today so at the end of all of this, I got some of the biggest discounts I’ve ever seen. I’ve got new units being put into my house that are the proper ones and got treated like I was family. my new install will be this coming Tuesday and I am looking forward to doing business and service with your company. Emergency Service on a Saturday. Left message at 8am got call back at 9am from Gene letting me know he should be able to be at my house by 1 pm. He had 2 calls before mine. He arrived at 12 and had the unit working within a hour. A lizard caused a short.He was very professional and had photos of the cause to show me. Lucas Air does not disappoint. THANK YOU!!

I have formerly worked on HVAC units of another scale. TONY IS VERY THOROUGH ! I struggled for a year to get the heat pump working properly . I called Lucas air yesterday morning for an hvac emergency after two calls to my regular company went unanswered. Even though we were not previous customers in any way, my call was answered by a friendly and helpful person who understood our emergency situation and sent a technician within 3 hours. He diagnosed the problem immediately and had everything fixed within another two hours for a fair price We couldn’t be more grateful and pleased with the service and the professionalism of the people at Lucas air. At my insistence, we signed up for their maintenance agreement, again at a fair price (less than our previous company) and look forward to doing business with Lucas for years to come. 5 stars all the way.

Staff went over and above bringing a portable air unit until the new one was installed 20232025 Had a service call for cleaning and general check up.Very professional!May 2026 service call and general cleaning by Cody very nice and considerate 5*Aug 2026 woke up one morning no air? Apparently my compressor blew a pin. Cant get any worse than when the compressor goes out. Tony was amazing very compassionate was back the next morning with a free standing unit. We put it in our not so big masterbedroom for the next 5 days waiting for a new one... my 3 4legged babies 1cat 13 and 1 dog also 13 or older a ferough we took in and my not so healthy husband and myself tried to make the best of it. In historically Hot Temps this year central Florida our room maitained 80. I lost track of how many buckets of water i emptied every 3 hours. Although all of the parts except freon were under warranty. We still had a very hefty bill in labor and shipping fees??The owner of the co. Worked with us and was able to drop it less than half. Thank You Jesus or In this case " Cameron" as promised Tony was back on Monday and we are in the cool air again. Very compasionate company i would recomend and rate 5+ star

Very professional and credible company. I highly recommend. They were here within 2 hours of calling and were very thorough. After paying and having 2 other companies here and not doing anything to fix leaking in house, Lucas technicians had the leak stopped and everything cleaned up drip pan and more. They stopped the mess that was coming in my house right away. Where as the other 2 companies didn't do a thing and one wanted to charge me over $900 to fix and clean up. Thank you Cody and Charlie.
